Lash Extensions

How often should I get my lashes filled?

Fills should be booked every 2-3 weeks. Please note that anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set and will be charged as one.

How often should I wash my lashes?

You should wash your lashes every single day using a lash safe shampoo. Please do not use baby shampoo on your lashes.

How should I prep for my lash extension appointment?

Please arrive with a clean face (no mascara or makeup), wear comfy clothes, bring headphones if you'd like to listen to something of your own, avoid caffeine, silent your phone, and use the restroom before we start.

Will lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?

No, this is a common misconception. As long as the lash extensions are applied properly there will be no damage to your natural lashes. However, if you do not follow proper aftercare or tug / pull at your extensions it could cause damage to your natural lashes.

How should I care for my lash extensions?

Wash your lashes daily using a lash extension safe shampoo. (You can purchase some from us if you don't have any.)

Avoid direct heat and open flames.

Wash your lashes after crying and swimming.

Do not pull, tug, or play will your lashes.

Book regular fills, every 2-3 weeks is recommended.

Avoid sleeping on your face and use a silk pillow case if possible.

Why do I need to get my lash extensions filled every 2-3 weeks?

Fills are necessary to maintain the longevity of your lash extensions. We naturally shed hair including our lashes daily and our lashes are constantly growing. When you come in for a fill we remove any outgrown lashes and replace them with new lash extensions, making them look as good as new.
