Shipping policy
Domestic shipping is provided by USPS or FedEx.
These services come with a tracking number which will be provided in your shipping confirmation email for you to track your purchase.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Cancelations
Should you need to cancel an order, we are happy to do that for you, so long as your order hasn't been packaged. However, if we have already shipped your order, the order cannot be cancelled. Products are packaged within 12 hours of receiving the order excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipped
Once our tracking system shows that your package has been shipped we are no longer responsible for your package if it is lost, stolen or misplaced. It is up to the customer to reach out to the post office and sort out the parcels location.
